If you are a member of a club that has a paid subscription, ask your club: you are entitled to 15% off your subscriptions! Beyond 1,000 equipment items (individuals and professionals), a volume discount is applied automatically, with no code: buy 1 block, get 1 free. It can be combined with the club code.
You can change plans whenever you want. When you upgrade your subscription, it takes effect immediately. Conversely, if you downgrade your subscription, it takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.
No, there is no minimum commitment period. You can change plans at any time; if you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
No, scrapped equipment does not count towards the equipment tier of your subscription.
For example, if you have 120 pieces of equipment including 30 scrapped, you remain in the free tier, because you only have 90 active pieces of equipment.
Of course! The app lets you use the main features for free, forever. Up to 100 pieces of equipment, whether for individual, professional or club accounts.
Bank details are not stored, and the whole transaction is handled by Stripe. Your equipment fleet data is stored in France, with a French hosting provider: O2Switch.
You can no longer create equipment once you have reached the upper limit. You can keep using the app normally, or switch to a higher subscription.

Pro is for rope-access technicians, working-at-height professionals, outdoor sports companies and mountain guides. Club is for clubs, federations, associations and collective organizations, with shared access for the whole supervising team. Simply choose the number of pieces of equipment to manage: the plan that fits is suggested to you automatically.
The price depends on the number of active pieces of equipment you manage, in tiers of 50 pieces of equipment (100 for clubs). Scrapped equipment is not counted. Beyond 1,000 pieces of equipment (2,000 for clubs), a volume discount is applied automatically: 1 tier purchased = 1 tier free.
