The life record is the heart of EPI Manager. One piece of equipment, one complete history, exportable as a signed and verifiable PDF. Zero information lost, even when the equipment changes hands.
It builds itself from all the inspections that have been carried out. You will find all the product information, it is easy to get back to the app from the document (QR code), and the document is signed using a certified process: each signature is tamper-proof and verifiable through a link available to everyone.
Verify a life record
Nothing could be simpler: go to https://app.epi-manager.fr/document/validation, upload the life record to verify, and you will see whether it is authentic or has been tampered with after being signed.
It is an excellent way to make sure that the documents issued really come from EPI Manager, that you generated and signed them yourself, and that they remain reliable over time.
Reissue a life record
Because the equipment keeps living, a life record quickly becomes outdated: it does not include the latest events that occurred during outings, maintenance or inspections of your equipment. You can reissue a new life record at any time, which will include all the elements.
Who can sign an inspection?
In the app, the manager of an organization can assign roles to the members of their team, such as Inspector. This lets you allow only authorized people to sign life records.
If you are the only member of your organization, you will have this role by default.
